When there are a few terrorists in a civillian building then what do the security forces do ? Blow up the building ? Never. They try to catch the terrorists with least possible damage to civillians. When a few bloggers are doing anti-social or anti-communal activities why should all the bloggers suffer ? Now someone seems to have put some sense into the brains of the authorities and they have lifted the ban.
